When you fill out a form, register for our training, or apply for a call, we collect what you enter, such as:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your practice name and practice type
• Answers to our application questions, such as revenue range, marketing spend, target procedures, and timeline
• Anything you write in a message or text field

When you book a call, our scheduling provider collects the details you enter in the booking form.

Do not submit patient names, medical records, or any other protected health information through this website. Our forms are for business information about your practice only.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and the time of your visit. We use it to keep the site running and secure. Our host also measures how fast pages load for visitors (Vercel Speed Insights), without cookies.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, for example which pages are viewed and whether a form is submitted. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes this information under Google's privacy policy. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. We do not use advertising cookies. Embedded tools from other companies, such as our booking calendar or a video player, may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. If you move between pages of our training, your name and email are kept in your browser’s session storage so you do not have to type them twice. That storage clears when you close the tab.

• To send you the training you registered for and related follow-up
• To prepare for your call, for example by looking at your market before we talk
• To run, secure, and improve this website
• To meet legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising by other companies.

We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, under their own privacy and security terms:

• Website hosting (Vercel)
• Email delivery (Resend)
• Scheduling and customer records (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector)
• Video hosting (Wistia), when a video is embedded
• Website analytics (Google Analytics)

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, such as while we are in contact about working together, and then delete it or keep it only as long as the law requires.

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us. You can also ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@alphakeydigital.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor them.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, and the site is served over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date above.
